This is because you're still a very young man, unaware of mental harm, which may be as and even more physically hurting as "physical" harm, I can assure you.

And of course, the negation of crime against humanity is a horrible source of physico-mental harm and must absolutely be criminally repressed.

By the by, circumcision is also a crime against humanity, and not only for physical harm!!!

However, when I declared this in the 10 June 2004 Colloquium "Feminine sexual mutilation, another crime against humanity" in the National Academy of Medicine in Paris in front of 800 persons, I was not far to have my nose punched by a Jewish man belonging to the organizers!

I'm actually not a very young man.  I'm a not-so-young woman.  And I don't believe that "mental harm" is anywhere near as harmful as you do.

If you're talking about emotional and mental abuse of a child, especially by a parent, then yes, that can definitely be more harmful than physical harm.  But just because someone says something offensive to me, that's not a crime, nor should it be.  I don't have the right to not be offended.  I can simply ignore offensive speech.

I agree with you that infant or child circumcision is a crime against humanity.  Circumcision is a real and physical harm against a child.  I think it should be a crime to circumcise children (without true medical necessity, of course).  However, I don't think it should be a crime to 'think' circumcision is not harmful or to even say it's not harmful.  You have the 'right' to "be" wrong.  You just don't have the right to "do" wrong.  Do you see the difference?

I am concerned here.  I find it extremely odd that any NOCIRC chapter would employ anyone with a hatred toward the Jewish people.  We don't want any part in that attitude to pollute our movement.  Could this be a misunderstanding?  Have you discussed this with Marilyn?
